No Color Guarantee
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
- Siddhi Silk Studio does not guarantee exact color matching of products.
Damaged Product Policy
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product:
- A clear parcel opening video is mandatory for reporting the issue.
- The video must clearly show:
- The unopened package
- The complete opening process
- The damage in detail
- Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Approval Process
- All damage-related requests are subject to internal quality inspection.
- Siddhi Silk Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any request after verification.
- Approved cases (if any) may be considered for resolution based on product availability.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following cases are not eligible for any claims:
- Requests without a proper opening video
- Minor color variations
- Damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling by the customer
